Physical Distancing
For the safety and protection of our customers and community during the COVID-19 pandemic, Classy’s Kitchen’s orders are fulfilled via contact-less pickup. Contact-less delivery within local areas is also available upon request, though subject to a fee.
Order Cancellations
Same day order cancellations will not be refunded; there are no exceptions.
Catering cancellations may receive a credit on a future service. Credits are only valid for up to 1 year from the date of cancellation.
Prepay In Effect
To confirm your order, full payment must be received via Email Transfer or PayPal. Catering Services: a 50% non refundable payment must be received to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due 24 hrs prior to pickup/or delivery.
Refunds
Regrettably, there are no refunds on same day orders.
Deposits are also non-refundable, however they may credited towards future services with Classy’s Kitchen.
Allergies / Food Intolerance
It is the customer’s responsibility to make Classy’s Kitchen aware of any food allergies, sensitivities or dietary concerns. Should you have any of the above, or suffer from any kind of food intolerance, please inform us before your order is placed.

All pricing, including catering and cooking rental services, is subject to change without notice.
